Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing legacyacquisitionservices.com ("the Site") or engaging Legacy Acquisitions ("Company", "we", "us") for lead-generation or advertising services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Services
We provide pay-per-booked appointment services for home-service contractors, including but not limited to ad creative, ad management, landing pages, and appointment booking on the Client's calendar. A "booked job" is defined as a confirmed appointment with a homeowner located in the Client's approved service area who meets pre-qualification criteria agreed upon during onboarding.
3. Pricing & Payment
Client agrees to pay $127 USD per booked job unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Ad spend is covered by Company. Invoices are billed on a rolling weekly basis and are due upon receipt. Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to respond to booked appointments in a timely and professional manner, maintain adequate capacity to service the volume booked, and provide accurate business information. Failure to attend booked appointments does not void the fee owed for that appointment.
5. No Guarantees
While we work to deliver 6–8 booked jobs per month, results depend on market conditions, service area, pricing, and Client responsiveness. We make no guarantee of specific revenue, close rates, or job volume beyond what is expressly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All ad creative, landing pages, funnels, systems, and processes created by Company remain the property of Company. Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to benefit from these assets during the term of engagement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Client remains responsible for any booked jobs delivered prior to termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Company's principal place of business.
